Dixon Logistics Ltd provides specialized HIAB and crane-assisted transportation services including:

• HIAB crane operations and lifting services
• Container transportation and placement
• Mobile home and modular building placement
• Heavy load transport and logistics
• Related specialized transportation services

All services are subject to availability and acceptance by Dixon Logistics Ltd. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided are estimates based on information supplied by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual site conditions and access requirements
• Changes to project scope or requirements
• Additional services or equipment required
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing before acceptance of the quotation.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• A deposit may be required for larger projects
• Late payments may incur interest charges at the statutory rate
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about loads, site conditions, and access requirements
• Ensuring site access is safe and suitable for our equipment
• Obtaining necessary permissions, permits, and planning approvals
• Ensuring utilities and underground services are identified and marked
• Providing adequate working space and safe ground conditions
• Being present or having an authorized representative on-site during service delivery

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or changes to scheduled services:

• More than 48 hours notice: No charge
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% of quoted price
• Less than 24 hours notice: Full quoted price
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges

If we need to cancel due to equipment failure, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to reschedule at no additional cost.

7. Insurance and Liability

Dixon Logistics Ltd maintains comprehensive insurance coverage including public liability and goods in transit insurance. However:

• Customers should maintain their own insurance for goods and property
• We are not liable for damage caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer
• We are not liable for consequential losses or delays beyond our control
• Claims must be reported in writing within 7 days of service completion
• Our total liability is limited to the value of the service provided unless otherwise agreed

8. Health, Safety, and Compliance

We operate in full compliance with UK health and safety legislation, including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, LOLER regulations, and all relevant industry standards. We reserve the right to suspend operations if we determine that conditions are unsafe or do not meet regulatory requirements.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, extreme weather, strikes, equipment failure, government restrictions, or other events of force majeure.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Dixon Logistics Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Data Protection

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
